By using the xsports website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. xsports is an internationally licensed online gaming platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between xsports and the member. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

To open an account with xsports, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Each person may register only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials strictly confidential.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, xsports may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time. This is part of internationally mandated financial compliance requirements.

Before placing a bet on xsports, please keep the following rules in mind:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, xsports will refund the original stake.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, xsports reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, the odds at the last moment before bet submission will apply.
• Placing bets on match-fixing or spot-fixing is strictly prohibited.

Xsports reserves the right to set maximum bet limits, especially for high-value events. These limits are clearly displayed on the betting page.

All financial transactions on xsports are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Xsports does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, fees imposed by your mobile banking provider may apply.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on xsports:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period, clearly stated on the bonus page.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per member.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the offer.
• The maximum withdrawable amount from bonus winnings is generally ৳10,000 or 10x the bonus value, whichever is lower.
• Any unused bonus balance will be automatically cancelled once the bonus expires.

Xsports reserves the right to modify its bonus program at any time or revoke a member's bonus privileges, particularly if bonus abuse is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xsports and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (multi-accounting).
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting any system bug or technical error to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or threatening other members or xsports staff.

Xsports reserves the right to close, restrict, or suspend accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority or due to a legal obligation.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may also request to close or temporarily suspend their account at any time. It is strongly recommended to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

Xsports views gaming as a form of entertainment, not a means of addiction. Under this policy, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about your session duration.

To use these tools, please contact xsports customer support. Requests will be actioned within a maximum of 24 hours.

For any dispute or complaint, please follow the process outlined below:

• Step 1: Contact xsports Customer Support — expect an initial response within 72 hours.
• Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved, please fill out the official complaint form.
• Step 3: If you are dissatisfied with xsports' decision, you have the right to appeal to the relevant licensing authority.

In all disputes, xsports server logs and transaction records will serve as the definitive evidence. Technical disputes will be reviewed by a third-party expert.

Xsports reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time. In the event of changes:

• For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account before the new terms take effect.
